POLICIES

• CHILDREN: We offer accommodations  for persons over 21 years of age.
• CHECK-IN:  3 pm to 6pm. Please call if you plan a late arrival.
• CHECK-OUT:  11 am
• PAYMENTS and DEPOSITS: To confirm your reservation, we require one night's deposit with a credit card when the reservation is made.  Upon arrival, check or cash payment will be accepted, or you may continue to pay by credit card.
• CANCELLATION: Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 seven days prior to your stay with a $25 processing fee.
• PHONE: We want to provide a quiet environment for your enjoyment; therefore, a house phone is available for use with calling cards.  Most cell phones operate at the inn. 
• TELEVISION, etc: The satellite TV and DVD are located in the living room for your enjoyment.
• SMOKING: We are a smoke-free environment and do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.  If a guest smokes in the lodge they will be charged an additional night's stay.  This is so that we may restore the bed and breakfast to a smoke-free status.
• PETS: No pets allowed.  (We have several of our own that you may “adopt” while staying with us.)

DIRECTIONS

Fine View Bed and Breakfast is located on Hwy 337, 4.5 miles north of Menlo, Georgia.  You may travel on Interstate 75 to the Adairsville Exit (Exit 306).  Turn west toward Rome and travel about 15 miles on Hwy 140.  It will dead-end at Hwy 27. Turn right (north) and travel another 15 miles to Summerville.  In Summerville, go through the first traffic light and turn left onto Hwy 48, going west.   In Menlo (9 miles), turn right at the 4-way stop onto Hwy 337.  Travel 4.5 miles.  Turn left at Fine View Garden Center and follow drive to house behind the garden center about 1500 feet.

From Alabama, take Hwy 117 to Menlo, Georgia.  Turn left at 4-way stop and follow directions as above.

From Chattanooga, follow 27 South to Summerville and turn right onto Hwy 48.  Follow directions as above.
