Nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain in the Chelsea
community of Chattooga County, Fine View Bed and Breakfast
offers a “Fine View” of the surrounding valley and
hillsides. A stream
runs down the mountain to fill a pond beside the house,
providing water for wildlife such as blue herons, turtles,
hawks, deer, and other small animals.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound porch while
listening to the birds sing.
A small menagerie of resident pets will provide great

Reesa and Susan, proprietors, welcome their guests to their home and surrounding gardens. They moved to Chattooga County in 2004 to open their store and built their home in 2005. New though it may be, the house has a down home country feel with all the modern conveniences. Visitors may stroll through their own gardens around the house or browse their retail garden center at the top of the hill. | |
| Fine View Bed and Breakfast offers a quiet environment while being accessible to local tourist attractions. The towns of Summerville, Menlo, and LaFayette are only minutes away. A few miles up the mountain is Mentone, Alabama offering golf, skiing, antique shopping, and good food at several restaurants. Chattanooga is only an hour away and the city of Ft. Payne (home of the group “Alabama”) is a thirty minute drive. Rome is about thirty miles the other way and offers fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. |  |
